Registration Information

Please contact the Student Data Management Clerk (SDMC) for any questions regarding registration, enrollment, or withdrawal. Registration occurs by appointment only from 9:00-11:00am for grades K-5.

Student Registration for the 2026-27 school year began March 2026. Registration will take place online.

Who needs to register? All incoming kindergarten students and all new students enrolling in Gwinnett County Public Schools.

· Please note that students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2026, to register for the kindergarten 2026-2027 school year!

· If you need help determining which school your child will attend, visit Find My School on the district website.

Sign up for an appointment time with Mrs. McKenzie here if you need to come in person to register or need to complete KREP testing for kindergarten.

Withdrawal Process

New Online Withdrawal Process

We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child.

Click on THIS LINK and once you complete the form save it to your computer and upload it via email to Sharon.McKenzie@gcpsk12.org.

Once you have submitted the withdrawal form via email, you will be contacted by a school representative to verify your ID and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.
