Do current students need to register for 2025-26? Current GCPS students who are moving will need to complete a change of status form. Students who are currently enrolled in a school under one of the conditions below will need to renew their form:

New Online Withdrawal Process

We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child.

Click on THIS LINK and once you complete the form save it to your computer and upload it via email to Sharon.McKenzie@gcpsk12.org.

Once you have submitted the withdrawal form via email, you will be contacted by a school representative to verify your ID and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.
